The Story
Representing the emotion of FEAR and how it slowly consumes us every single day. I painted this piece to visualize a very real emotion that many people feel every day but can't express.
It is that constant feeling of being trapped, as if I'm tied with ropes all over my body. I can't speak for myself, and I can't ask for help. My mouth and hands are both tied.
Afraid of being judged, of being misunderstood, afraid of the unknown, of war, of evil, and afraid of not finding comfort, passion, or even love.
Living in a world full of cruelty and anger can make you feel stuck and overwhelmed.
